ManUp International Shipping Policy
ManUp proudly offers international shipping so customers around the world can access our men’s lifestyle products. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an international order, as additional shipping rules and regulations may apply outside of the United States.
We strive to process international orders quickly and efficiently.
Processing Time
All international orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package during transit.
Shipping internationally typically requires more time than domestic shipments due to distance and customs clearance procedures.
Estimated Delivery Window
Standard international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days (1–2 weeks) after the package leaves our facility.

Because these factors are outside of our control, ManUp cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay these fees before delivery or when the package arrives in your country.
Payment Upon Delivery or Customs Release
Customs duties or import fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier or your country’s customs authority during the delivery process.
Non-Refundable Fees
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are non-refundable. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, and the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Accurate Declarations
To comply with international shipping laws, ManUp must declare the full value of all products and accurately label shipments as merchandise. We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or reduce the declared value.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
Total order weight
Shipping destination
Carrier service availability
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Correct Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate international shipping address, including postal codes and any required regional information.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to ManUp due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal to pay customs duties or import fees
The package being unclaimed by the customer
the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping charges and any return or carrier fees incurred.
In such cases, ManUp may issue a refund for the product cost only, minus shipping and related fees.
Certain countries have strict import regulations regarding supplements, consumables, and hygiene products.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they order comply with the import laws and regulations of their country.
Customs Seizures
ManUp is not responsible for packages that are seized, delayed, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulations or product restrictions.
