ManUp Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from the ManUp website (“Site”). By placing an order with ManUp, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general Website Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Order

1.1 Offer and Acceptance
The placement of an order by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. ManUp reserves the right to accept or decline this offer at its sole discretion.

1.2 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation, whether electronic or verbal, does not represent final acceptance of your order. Final acceptance occurs when the products are shipped. ManUp reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time, including after confirmation has been sent.

2. Product and Health Disclaimer

2.1 Intended Use
All products sold by ManUp, including supplements, vitamins, and consumables, are intended for adult use only.

2.2 No Medical Advice
The information provided on the Site or on product labels is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Customers should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, particularly if they have existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.

2.3 FDA Disclaimer
Statements made regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by ManUp are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.4 Product Imagery
ManUp strives to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, packaging, labeling, or imagery may change due to manufacturer updates.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Taxes
Applicable sales taxes, duties, or other government charges may be added at checkout where required by law. The Customer is responsible for all such charges.

3.3 Payment Methods
ManUp accepts payment methods available at checkout, including major credit cards and other supported payment processors.

3.4 Fraud Prevention
ManUp reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

4.1 Shipping Timeframes

  • United States: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

  • International: Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days (1–2 weeks).

These shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. ManUp is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

4.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for complying with import regulations in their country. ManUp is not responsible for products seized or delayed by customs authorities. Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy
ManUp stands behind the quality of its products. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may be requested in accordance with our official Return Policy.

5.2 Consumable Products
Due to the nature of supplements and hygiene products, returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed condition, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5.3 Return Authorization
Customers must contact customer support within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

6. Subscription and Recurring Billing (If Applicable)

Certain ManUp products may be offered through subscription or recurring delivery services.

By enrolling in a subscription:

  • You authorize ManUp to charge your selected payment method automatically at the recurring billing interval selected during checkout.

  • Subscription orders will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Customers may cancel or manage subscriptions through their account portal or by contacting care@manup.lifestyle.

ManUp reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with reasonable notice.

7. ManUp Rewards Program

7.1 Program Participation
Participation in the ManUp Rewards Program is subject to separate program terms.

7.2 Point Redemption
Points may be redeemed for eligible products or discounts according to program rules. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.3 Program Changes
ManUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ManUp customer support to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Order cancellation

  • Restriction from future purchases

ManUp reserves the right to dispute any unjustified chargebacks.

9. Influencer, Affiliate, and Promotional Disclosures

ManUp may work with affiliates, influencers, or promotional partners who promote products on social media or other platforms.

Such partners may receive compensation or commissions for referred sales. These relationships comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines.

Discount codes, promotions, or affiliate offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from the Site.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from purchases or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

12. Modifications to These Terms

ManUp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Site with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the Site or placing orders after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
