1. Processing Time

 

We are committed to processing and shipping your order promptly so you can enjoy your men's lifestyle products as soon as possible.

  • Standard Processing Window: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

  • Time Calculation: The processing time begins once your order confirmation is received. This processing time is separate from the transit time.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate confirmation email after your purchase.

  • Shipment Notification: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a second email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Limitations

 

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

  • P.O. Boxes: We may ship to P.O. boxes using select carriers, but expedited shipping may not be available.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • File a Claim: If you cannot locate the package, you must contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to open an investigation and file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered."
