Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the ManUp website and related services (collectively referred to as the “Site”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and any products or services offered through it by ManUp (“ManUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, including placing orders or participating in rewards programs, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately at care@manup.lifestyle.

Age Requirement

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are the legal guardian of a minor using the Site, you agree to supervise their use and assume responsibility for their actions on the Site.

2. Orders, Products, and Payments

Product Information

ManUp strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information regarding our products, including supplements, grooming products, and personal care items. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content on the Site are completely accurate, current, or free from errors.

Pricing and Availability

Prices listed on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at our discretion.

ManUp also reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through the Site for reasons including suspected fraud, product availability issues, or pricing errors.

Payment Authorization

All purchases made through the Site require payment at the time of checkout using an approved payment method. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information supplied is accurate and current.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 calendar days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the applicable shipping policy. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

3. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site

  • Upload or transmit material that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

ManUp reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these guidelines.

4. User Content and Submissions

From time to time, users may submit product reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials (“User Submissions”).

By submitting content to the Site, you grant ManUp a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, and display such submissions in any media or marketing materials.

You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of third parties and does not contain unlawful or harmful material.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is the property of ManUp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission from ManUp.

ManUp trademarks, branding, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without express authorization.

6. Product and Health Disclaimer

Products sold through the ManUp website, including supplements and consumable goods, are intended for general wellness purposes only.

Statements made on the Site regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using dietary supplements, especially if they have existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medications.

Use of any product purchased through the Site is at the customer’s own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services offered through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ManUp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManUp and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site

  • Any products purchased through the Site

  • Unauthorized access to your account or personal information

  • Third-party content or conduct on the Site

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, warranty, or any other legal theory.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

ManUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or restrict access to the Site at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms or engages in activities that may harm the Site, the business, or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Site will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Site or purchases made through it shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

ManUp may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
