ManUp Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

 

1. General Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ManUp. If you are not happy, we offer a return window for eligible products.

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags, seals, and wrappings intact.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and health safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Consumables: Supplements, vitamins, or any other ingestible products.

  • Used Hygiene Products: Any product that has been opened or used, including deodorants, soaps, hair products, or opened creams/lotions.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Unless the product is defective upon receipt.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Contact Us: To request a return or exchange, please email us at [Your Support Email Address].

  2. Provide Information: Include your original Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, defective, or simply changed mind).

  3. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

 

4. Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

 

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., a different scent of deodorant) or if the product arrived damaged, please contact us.

  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you once the original item is verified.
